Project Introduction:
As one of the important components of BAIC Foton's 13th Five-Year Strategic Plan, it undertakes the production tasks of the full series of models for the Foton Sappi Pick-up and Savanna SUV brands, mainly producing Foton pick-ups, SUVs, and sedans. The products will be exported to over 40 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. The planning of the technological level is synchronized with the internationally advanced level, placing it at the forefront domestically.。After production, an annual sales volume of 240,000 cars will be achieved, and it was officially launched in December 2019.。
The MACS power system supports various pressurization, transformation, and current control modes, enabling complex electro-phoresis for mixed multi-vehicle types.。
Project supply parameters:
Electrophoresis tank 25 meters long, power supply with 102 modules, using arched anodes: The first 9 pairs of anodes use 35A500V modules 2-to-1 (i.e., 2 DC500Vx35A units with 1 anode each); the middle 18 pairs of anodes use 50A500V modules, 1-to-1 (i.e., 1 DC500Vx50A unit with 1 anode each); the last 11 pairs of anodes use 35A500V 1-to-1 (i.e., 1 DC500Vx35A unit with 1 anode each); bottom bare anodes D1-D2 use 50A500V (i.e., 1 DC500Vx50A unit with 1 anode each), D3-D8 35A500V 1-to-1 (i.e., 1 DC500Vx35A unit with 1 anode each).。
