Project Introduction:

Volkswagen Anhui is the first joint venture of Volkswagen Group in China focused on new energy vehicles, located in the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, contributing to the economic development of Hefei. The construction includes the renovation and expansion of the original Jianghuai Automotive Group's factory workshops and a new body shop. The new factory employs advanced carbon emission reduction technology and utilizes a large number of automated equipment to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and builds a Volkswagen green energy production workshop.。

The electrophoresis tank has a total of 270 tubular side anodes (135 pairs), 16 tubular bottom anodes, and 6 tubular top anodes; the electrophoresis tank is divided into four sections of voltage, and uses a swing arm conveyor for continuous overloading. The original traditional three-in-one 1-in-reserve 1500A/400V thyristor rectifier supplies power to the first three zones, while a newly added modular power supply powers the fourth zone, serving to expand the capacity of the original rectifier system and meet the requirements of the production process.。
